Trail Blazers Announce 2012-13 Television Broadcast Schedule

    Schedule includes 17 games on KGW and eight nationally televised games

    PORTLAND, Ore. – The Trail Blazers have announced their 2012-13 television broadcast schedule. All 82 games will be available locally, in high definition.

    The team will air 60 games on Comcast SportsNet (CSN) and 17 games on KGW NewsChannel 8. The remaining five games will air exclusively on TNT. In addition, three games are scheduled to be simulcast nationally on ESPN and locally on KGW or Comcast SportsNet.

    Comcast SportsNet will air five preseason games, including the opener in Ontario, Calif. against the Los Angeles Lakers. The attached document outlines the entire television broadcast schedule.

    Mike Barrett, a 13-year veteran of the Trail Blazers broadcast team, enters his 10th season handling television play-by-play duties. For the eighth straight season, he will be joined on the broadcast by color analyst Mike Rice, who begins his 23rd overall season behind the microphone for the Trail Blazers.
