We have only six players, possibly five who by league rules, are allowed to be traded. L.A., Matthews, Babbitt, Smith, Williams, and Gadzuric if he has not been waived. I will assume we will keep at least L.A. 14,000,000.00/3 years because he is a cornerstone of the team, Smith 1,365,720.00/3 years  and Williams 1,442,880.00/2 years due to their quality and cheap contracts. This leaves ...............
    Matthews 6,505,320.00/3 years,
    Babbitt 1,892,280.00/2 years,
    Gadzuric 1,352,181.00/1 year

This does not leave much (under 10 million) to work with as far as trades are concerned and we have $0 trade exceptions.
I think our team is standing pat without any trades for now, we might sign Przybilla to a 1 year deal.

    What are your thoughts?

Matthews is not gonna be traded. He is our 3rd best player in current roster and he is still improving.

    Guys for trade:
    Babbit
    Williams
    Smith
    Pavlovic

That's right we also have Pavlovic, but I don't know if he is trade-able at the moment. I agree with Austin Martin and commontongue, we need to get rid of some weight (2 for 1) or straight up for draft picks then sign Przybilla.

We won't trade Elliot Williams or Nolan Smith because we don't have enough guards and certainly not enough point guards, unless we were trading them for another point guard/combo guard, which is highly unlikely considering that the idea is to make room for Damian and have backups behind him (which Nolan is perfect for, just like he did in college behind Kyrie Irving). Also EW's explosive athleticism is highly valuable to us but would have little value in a trade because he hasn't had enough exposure, so we wouldn't get value for him = he's not going anywhere.

So now you're down to 2 players to reasonably trade, Babbitt and Pavlovic. As critical as people want to be of Luke, he's gonna win the coinflip between him and Pav, an unproven who hasn't played at this level let alone for the organization.

sign Iggy for 8-9M, Batum at the two, and Wesley off the bench! Draft Steven Adams (who loves contact, grew up playing rug-bee). Sounds NICE!

Im not impressed with Gortat. Everyone wants him but he seems mediorcre to me. He is the most realistic option since all it would take is the 10th pick, but I think he is old and declining.
