The final pre-draft lottery order was determined today in New York City and seven ties were broke. Portland, of course, has a stake in all of this as they will receive New Jersey's Top 3 Protected pick in the upcoming June draft and the Nets finished tied with the Kings for fifth. Here are the results of the tie-breakers:
     •   Cleveland (21-45) won a tiebreaker with New Orleans.
    •    Sacramento (22-44) won a tiebreaker with New Jersey.
    •    Golden State (23-43) won a tiebreaker with Toronto.
    •    New York (36-30) won a tiebreaker with Dallas; and Dallas won a tiebreaker with Utah.
    •    L.A. Clippers (40-26) won a tiebreaker with Atlanta.
    •    L.A. Lakers (41-25) won a tiebreaker with Memphis.
    •    Chicago (50-16) won a tiebreaker with San Antonio.
So heading into the May 30th NBA Draft Lottery, the Trail Blazers are positioned to pick #6 & #11 in the first round as well as #40 & #41 in the second round. The Nets will have 75 lottery chances out of 1,000 while the Trail Blazers will have 8.

Right now, the most realistic is Asik. If Houston pursue D12, sign and trade JJ and a couple second round picks, maybe Joel Freeland or somebody for Asik.

Nah, Washington would just sign him themselves, save them a pick. Also, no way JJ is worth a lottery pick. Oladipo would be great, for pretty much any team in the NBA. I don''t think it''s possible to get him though. Should focus on getting a defe...

Jermaine O''Neal, Drazen, Z-Bo, Sheed (I know he was already a star but still). Also Drazen was buried under Drexler and Porter.

AHA! Mystery solved Chloe. And so what? Just because a woman is weaker, she can slap a man?

What happens if we don''t win? Dwight will start his nonsense, we would be out a lot of money, and with no real talent to show for it. San Antonio and Memphis is proof that you don''t need superstars to win.

Special K, aren''t you a cereal? And yes, Batum is expensive, but I think he''s worth it. Why would you take someone who isn''t is as good, just for less money. Then why don''t we take the worst possible player and pay him the least possible amoun...
