Monroe and Lauderdale to the Stampede, 3 more days till the next batch are cut

    Who will survive the next 3 days before we have a complete roster defined? Who else will go to Idaho? Olshey said as many as 5 players may go to the Stampede and Ronnie Price will be back for opening night. Holliday, Morrison, Karl are the remaining invites but cuiously absent from the last game was a healthy Nolan Smith. Barton hasn't learned the offense yet nor has Claver. Babbit is fighting for position as is Sasha. I know what I'd like to see by the 27th when they are announced but I've been off the mark before. Chime on in folks!

    I'm assuming you meant Harper and not Monroe here.

    The way I look at this is in financial terms (much like the Blazer front office will be). It will cost the Blazers money to cut Williams, Babbitt, Smith, Barton, and Claver. Karl, Morrison, and Pavlovic can all be cut without costing a dime. So I truly believe the competition is limited to the latter 3. Karl has made a good case to be on the team. Pavlovic has also. I personally think Sasha is the better choice, but I wouldn't be disappointed with Coby Karl joining the team--although it REALLY is too soon for the #7 to crop back up. As far as I can tell, as long as Babbitt is on the roster, there's nothing Adam Morrison can bring to the team. Their shooting ability is very similar, both their defense is pretty terrible, and Babbitt is a better rebounder to boot.

    Nice Idea but I think the TWolves trade is very lobsided in our favor

    Derrick Williams and Budinger are proven players in the league. Claver and Freeland are not

    I love the Grit and Grind, and I love the Spurs timeless play. I think if the Spurs get to the finals, they will beat the heat, but they won''t beat the Grizzlies easily, and the Grizz can''t beat the Heat. I know it''s weird.
