ridhour for crawford very talked about
utah interested in harris for felton trade
eric gorden and kayman both say they wont resign with NO-trade also creates and additional 2 mil cap room for david stern and the NBA

these trades will get us somewhere in years to come, if we can resign kayman and batum, we have solid lineup---harris mathews (gorden if we can resign him as well) batum LA kayman------ think we can build on that

Kaman is a good center but not worth near what he will cost as a FA. I like Gordon but you would not be able to sign Batum Kaman and Gordon. Your line up would likely run around 55 mil with the cap set at around 59 next year we would be well over with matthews, and williams putting us around 63. Then your looking at around 5 mil more to fill in the roster.

I just do not see that being feasible.

As good as gordon is his knees are a big concern and that is the last thing we need.

we could let gorden go, the point of the trade is kayman, we could offer him the most (it wont come down to that) and is a good player to go side by side with LA, we fix our pg problems, and we have mathews and williams and batum, we will have a decent pick, and we wont have to rebuild from scratch, wed have right pieces in kayman LA and batum

the alternitive is letting gerald, felton, camby, crawford all go to free agency, not a bad plan because there are many pg's that are free agents (depending what we want- kidd brooks (who i would love to see here) nash williams etc etc) and centers (lopez, howard, kayman) try to get them then, and play the draft

Paul Allen said how do we get better?  I see no activity in the draft with no draft picks.  The trade possibilities are limited because of the value of our bench players.  We have no cap space.  So I think the improvement of our b...

First Game starts tonight. Houston is a tough first round opponent and they play exceptionally well at home. If we can steal a game or two at their place, I feel like we have extremely good chances.

The Blazers were winning!  That is the key word, were.  Blazers are living proof that you can live and die by the jumper.  Lately it has been dying.

Hawes will be a hot commodity by the trade deadline, I would think the sixers could find a better offer.

However, I do believe Mo Williams could have somewhat of  a high trade value. Olshey needs to make a deal to get a big man while we...
