I know its a bit soon to be talking about next season, but I'm sure there are many fans who would like to discuss the future...

With Roy returning from injury and showing glimpses of his all-star days, is it out of the question to bring Roy off the bench in a permanent role playing 25-30 minutes a game. This may be beneficial to his knees as well as the production of Matthews and Fernandez.

    Thoughts?
I am a fan of seeing an uptempo Blazers squad!

Since he will start!!! He will probably just settle for MVP. so i guess he wont win 6th man.

    Darn it :(
I am a fan of Portland's big three. Brandon Roy, LaMarcus Aldridge and the newest Trail Blazers Gerald Wallace

It sounds good except that he makes way to much money to be a 6th man and giving that much to a bench player hamstrings the team from acquiring other talent that it requires in the starting lineup.

Roy has likely played his last game in a Blazer uniform.  If amnesty is part of the new CBA, the organization will have no choice but to waive Brandon.  The alternative is four more consecutive first round eliminations, and that's BEST case scenario.  I don't know how long this fan base can tolerate mediocrity, but I'm confident not that long.

Paul Allen said how do we get better?  I see no activity in the draft with no draft picks.  The trade possibilities are limited because of the value of our bench players.  We have no cap space.  So I think the improvement of our b...

First Game starts tonight. Houston is a tough first round opponent and they play exceptionally well at home. If we can steal a game or two at their place, I feel like we have extremely good chances.

The Blazers were winning!  That is the key word, were.  Blazers are living proof that you can live and die by the jumper.  Lately it has been dying.

Hawes will be a hot commodity by the trade deadline, I would think the sixers could find a better offer.

However, I do believe Mo Williams could have somewhat of  a high trade value. Olshey needs to make a deal to get a big man while we...
