Portland Trail Blazers guard Damian Lillard was named to the Kia NBA All-Rookie First Team by a vote of NBA head coaches, it was announced today by the league.
The unanimous 2012-13 Kia NBA Rookie of the Year, Lillard was the lone player chosen to the All-Rookie First Team by a unanimous vote of the league’s head coaches (58 points, 29 First Team votes).

Saying that LaMarcus Aldridge has become a better player after the end of his 2012-2013 season is a hard one to make. His stats, both basic and "advanced" have actually declined since Aldridge became the best player on the Portland Trail Blazers. Any metric you want to look at for offensive statistics, and Aldridge has declined, even if the decline was not all that drastic.
