    The Trail Blazers' 25th anniversary season was one of changes. During the summer, owner Paul Allen selected Bob Whitsitt as the club's new president and general manager following the resignation of senior vice president Geoff Petrie. P.J. Carlesimo replaced Rick Adelman as the Blazers' head man and Jay Jensen became trainer, replacing Mike Shimensky. Halfway through the season, Portland's all-time scoring and rebounding leader Clyde Drexler, a four-time NBA all-star, was traded to Houston. Continue Reading
