Game 4: Trail Blazers vs. Mavericks Thread
For the first time this series, Portland had an offensive rhythm, which showed by their 97 points, eight more than their previous series high. We got our normal 20 from LA, but Wesley Matthews lit the torch in the first quarter and passed it on to Brandon Roy the rest of the way. Roy dropped an impressive 16 in 24 minutes and looked like his old self in the process - nailing step-back jumpers, getting to the rim and overpowering the smaller Dallas guards in the post. Even without getting much from Rudy, Nic, or Wallace most of the night, Portland was still able to manufacture points. Just imagine if we get the entire team on board offensively?
So Rip City, how can the Trail Blazers tie up the series?
