Trail Blazers @ Cavaliers Game Thread
Outside of losing to the Pacers, the Trail Blazers' night was made worse by the Cavs losing in Memphis. Not only does Memphis take over sole possession of the 8th spot out West, but now the Cavs have tied the record for the longest losing streak in NBA history. And guess who's coming to town to try to cement them in NBA history? That's right. The Portland Trail Blazers.
No team right now wants to be that team that breaks Cleveland's losing streak. To beat Cleveland, Portland must step up on the defensive end. They got run out of the gym by the Pacers and gave up way too many offensive rebounds. Adding to that, Portland needs to move the ball around more. There was just too much one-on-on going on in Indy. LA was passed over again for Love and he wasn't pleased about it, even stating this after hearing about it, "Now I know it's about stats, not wins." Get LA involved early and often and let him take out his frustrations on the Cavs.
