The Portland Trail Blazers (15-13) begin their second (and luckily, their last) three games in three nights stretch Tuesday night at the Rose Garden against the Washington Wizards (6-22). Tipoff is scheduled for 7 PM Pacific on CSN 37, NBA TV and 750 AM The Game.

The Trail Blazers return to the Rose Garden for the first time since splitting a two-game back-to-back road trip. The Trail Blazers beat the Hornets 94-86 on Friday before losing to the Dallas Mavericks 97-94 in double overtime Saturday night.

"I thought our guys fought (Saturday) to get themselves back into the game, and to give ourselves a chance to win the game," said McMillan of the loss to Dallas. "And we’ve just got to make breaks for ourselves. We have opportunities, and we’ve had them all season long where you’ve got to make plays, you’ve got to make shots, you’ve got to get stops."

Making shots and getting stops might be easier on Tuesday than it was on Saturday. The Wizards, owners of the third-worst record in the NBA, rank 25th in both points and points allowed per game. The Wiz do enter the game fresh off a 98-77 victory against the Pistons, a team that beat the Trail Blazers earlier this season, in Detroit.

Mike Barrett and Mike Rice will have the call on CSN 37, with Brian Wheeler and Antonio Harvey taking care of the radio call on 750 AM The Game. NBA TV will air the game nationally.
