Trail Blazers: A Chance To Nail Down Sixth
"Should be an interesting night. Not many teams have played as well as Memphis over the last few weeks. They've rarely stubbed their toes, and are playing their best basketball of the season right now. Keep in mind, they don't exactly fear the Rose Garden. They won both games in Portland last season."

Trail Blazers: Practice Buzz: Camby Can Go Against Grizzlies, Roster Spot Open
“It wasn’t a normal practice,” said Camby. “We went hard…We were going at each other and working on everything.”

Oregon Live: Trail Blazers' final home game comes with high stakes
"His return could not come at a better time for the Blazers (47-33), who have two important games left in the regular season, starting with Tuesday night's 7 p.m. matchup against the Grizzlies at the Rose Garden. The Blazers hold a one-game lead over the Grizzlies (46-34) and a 1½-game lead over the New Orleans Hornets (46-35) for sixth place in the Western Conference and control their own playoff destiny."

Hang Time Blog: All Set In The East
“Boston’s a different monster,” he said. “They don’t have the best record in the East, but they won championships; they know how to do it. They have four, five guys you have to worry about. Chicago, they go as Derrick Rose goes. If you make a concerted effort to stop Derrick Rose, you have a better chance of beating them.”

Ball Don't Lie: Was Doc Rivers right to sit his Celtics?
"This is still Boston's choice to make, though. Because we've seen them absolutely steal momentum, confidence, and the home court advantage away from teams in a three-hour time span, as was the case in Cleveland and Orlando last year. Though "flipping the switch" isn't really the NBA hallmark that some observers think it is, the Celtics did flip a switch last season with just about the same group it enters this postseason with. You'd be a fool to dismiss both what we've seen from Boston over the last month, but you'd be just as foolish to dismiss what we saw from this team exactly 12 months ago. Same group, same goal, same disparate levels of production."

Ball Don't Lie: Greg Oden says he can’t run for at least five months
"This is a sad state of affairs, but it's the ugly truth of Oden's career. Updates like this one only serve to remind us that Oden is perpetually months away from seeing a basketball court. Don't call him a bust or cautionary tale, because he hasn't played enough to provide evidence for either claim. He's a living spectre."

    DIME: Daily Fantasy Diagnosis: 4.12
"Channing Frye posted 33 points, four boards, one assist and made nine three-pointers. He shot 67 percent (12-18) from the floor and had no turnovers. While his production in April has been pretty poor, Frye has had a pretty successful season, as he’s managed to average top-50 numbers. With his combination of threes, blocks and solid free-throw shooting, he should maintain solid value next season."

ESPN: Is this the first year in the past 11 the Blazers win a playoff round?
"As good a question: Will veteran point guard Andre Miller win his first playoff series in 12 NBA seasons? Really, the answer to both depends on who the Blazers end up meeting. If Portland draws Dallas, it has honest upset potential; the lanky Blazers match up well against the Mavericks' undersized back court. If the Blazers are headed elsewhere, I wouldn't bet on it. "

    ESPN: Daily Dime
"No, no, I knew the game was tied up," Terry said. "It was a happy reaction that they knocked the ball out of bounds and didn't have an opportunity to get a shot at the basket. I was definitely trying to make that free throw."

Oregon Live: NBA High-5: Lakers' tough guy act doesn't seem to be scaring anyone as losing streak grows to five
"He just asked me if we were happy about this win," Perkins said. "My reply was, 'We're happy about every win. Yeah, we are happy about the win and we are going to be happy if we win tomorrow.' So who's not happy after a win? But you know, it's Kobe being Kobe."
