Patty Mills, Trail Blazers Team Up To Assist Australian Flood Cleanup

    In an effort to help his fellow countrymen and women who have been affected by the massive flooding in the Australian state of Queensland, point guard Patty Mills, along with the Trail Blazers, have come up with a few options to allow fans to donate to the relief effort.

    Through the month of January, 50 percent of all proceeds from the sales of Mills jersey's and jersey t-shirts will be donated to the Premier's Flood Relief Appeal run by the government of Queensland. The Trail Blazers Fan Shop at the Rose Garden will also have collection containers, with all of those monies going to the relief fund. There will also be other opportunities at various Trail Blazers events to donate.

    Mills will also make a personal donation to the Premier Flood Relief Appeal, and he encourages those who would like to make monetary donations to do so online.
