• Portland extended its winning streak over Minnesota to nine games, its longest current win streak against any NBA team … The Trail Blazers have also beaten the Timberwolves in eight straight home games … Minnesota has not reached 100 points in any of the last 11 meetings with Portland.

• Portland earned its largest margin of victory (23) and highest point total (116) of the season … This year, all four of Portland’s wins have come by nine-plus points … All three losses have been decided by six points or less.

• Andre Miller netted a season-high 21 points, leading the team for the first time.

• Brandon Roy led the Trail Blazers with a season-high seven of Portland’s season-best 35 assists … His two points are the fewest he has scored since the fifth game of his NBA career, Nov. 10, 2006, when he played less than seven minutes before leaving due to injury.

• LaMarcus Aldridge became the first Trail Blazer to record his second double-double of the season … Aldridge was the only Trail Blazer in double figures at halftime with a game-best 17 points (9-9 FT).

• Portland’s 16 fastbreak points (7-7 FG) in the first half totaled more than the Trail Blazers had recorded in an entire game this year … The 21-8 advantage in the game marked Portland’s largest in the category this season.

• The Trail Blazers gained a 32-11 edge in points off turnovers despite turning the ball over just two fewer times than the Timberwolves … Both teams had nine first-half turnovers, but Portland led in points off turnovers, 18-6.

• Portland outscored Minnesota by at least eight points in each of the first three periods.

• Nearly half of Portland’s points came off the bench (57), where Travis Outlaw (19) led the reserves for the fifth time in seven games this season … Outlaw had as many points as minutes played (19).

• Trail Blazers rookie forward Dante Cunningham made his first career appearance, converting on his first field goal attempt and netting six points (3-4 FG).
