    • Portland has now played in front of 74 consecutive sellout crowds, including playoff games.

    • The Hawks won in Portland for just the second time in the past 11 tries and first time since Dec. 3, 2006 … The Trail Blazers had also won 13 of 15 games overall between the teams coming into tonight.

    • Tonight marks Portland’s first game against an Eastern Conference opponent … The Trail Blazers’ 22-8 record against East foes last season was the best among all Western Conference teams.

    • The Trail Blazers will end their series with the Hawks in Atlanta on Nov. 16 ... It will be Portland’s first season series to conclude.

    • Portland is the league’s only team that has not played a game decided by double digits … The Trail Blazers have opened the season with five games decided by nine points or less for the first time since 1982-83.

    • The Trail Blazers have now lost two straight home games, something they did just once all of last season (Dec. 9 vs. Orlando, Dec. 12 vs. L.A. Clippers).

    • LaMarcus Aldridge notched his first double-double of the season with team highs of 20 points and 14 rebounds … It marked the first time he led the team in either category this year … The 14 rebounds are the most by a Trail Blazer in 2009-10.

    • Greg Oden has led grabbed nine or more rebounds in every game this season … He led Portland in boards in each contest before tonight.

    • Andre Miller tallied a game-best 11 assists … Miller’s eight assists in the first half were already more than a Trail Blazer had recorded in a game this season.

    • Atlanta carried a 34-12 advantage in points in the paint in the second half.

    • The Hawks outscored the Trail Blazers, 14-0, on the fastbreak in the second half, making all seven field goal attempts.

    • The Trail Blazers were outrebounded in the game for the first time this season.

    • Portland used a 12-0 run to turn a 52-56 deficit into a 64-56 lead in the third quarter, but then Atlanta followed with a 16-5 run to take a 72-69 lead through three quarters … Portland never led in the fourth quarter.

    • Brandon Roy and LaMarcus Aldridge combined for 20 of Portland’s 25 points in the first quarter ... Roy led all scorers with 12 (5-7 FG).

    • The Trail Blazers have allowed just 15 points in the first quarter, a season low, in each of the past two games.

    • The game featured two of the league’s leaders in blocks per contest entering the game, Greg Oden (T-1st, 2.75) and Al Horford (3rd, 2.67).

    • Jamal Crawford led all scorers with a season-high 27 points … With 15 points in the second quarter, Crawford led all scorers at halftime with 17 points … He also led the Hawks with a season-best seven assists.

    • Al Horford notched his third double-double in four games this season.
