So as everyone knows, Brandon and LaMarcus have yet to get their extensions completed. There are many reasons for this (the economy, the cap, etc.). Well this is something that I am actually finishing my degree to get into. The following is a letter I sent out to the Blazer front office. Not sure if it will work or even help (not sure if it's allowed per the CBA), but

I'm embarassed by this franchise's actions... SIGN BRANDON ROY ALREADY!!!!!!!!

Seriously, you have one of the top 10 players in the league in Brandon Roy. He says he wants to sign for 5 years, yet for some reason the Blazers don't want to give him a max deal. HELLO BLAZER PERSONNEL!!!!!!!! Brandon Roy has done everything that's been asked of him, plus more. He's been a leader on the court and off the court. He was named 2nd team all nba, he's

Um, notice to Ric Bucher.

So by now everyone's heard about the story that ESPN's Ric Bucher wrote a little while ago, saying how he believes the Thunder have a better upside and we'll be a better team in 2-3 years that our own Blazers. All I know is if this team stays together for the next 2-3 years, I don't see OKC, or anyone for that matter, messing with us if we keep playing this well. Now I

The NBA NEEDS to FIX THIS!!!!

Tonight's game between the San Antonio Spurs and the Sacramento Kings once again had officials in a place to make a correct call, and instead they blew an obvious call which helped San Antonio win. To make matters worse, the call came (or should I say didn't come) with 1.7 seconds left in the game.
At the very end of the game, Michael Finley shoots a

Some homecourt advantage scenarios

So I did a little bit of research and found 4 ways that we can secure homecourt advantage. Unfortunately none of them are ways the Blazers can help themselves, they're going to have to rely on someone else (I mean we will still have to win our games but we need some help also).

The first is if Sacramento can somehow pull out a victory in Denver on Monday. That

An early weekend sweep of the LA's

First off, WOO HOO we beat the L*kers, and not in a blowout, but in a close grind it out playoff type game. Good performances from basically everyone. They played hard, got down by double digits (again) but still found a way to grind out a victory. I don't know what it is with this team needing to get down by double digits in order to win, but whatever works for ya keep

Well this is my official test run at the new iamatrailblazers.com and so far, not too bad. I got an error once, but that's what betas are for. Anyhow, what a great time to get to try this out, after an incredible game like tonight's. I don't understand what makes the Blazers' get behind by so much in games, but we keep pulling them out so I can't complain too much. Overall
