• Tonight marks the 175th consecutive sellout at the Rose Garden (including regular season and playoffs), dating back to Dec. 21, 2007.
• Now with 16 wins and 15 losses the Trail Blazers have the exact same record as they did at this point last year.
• With the win tonight the Clippers snapped a six-game losing streak at the Rose garden.
• Nicolas Batum scored the first six points of the game for the Trail Blazers, converting on his first three field-goal attempts.
• Batum eclipsed his points-per-game average in just one quarter of play, netting 15 points in the first period (6-of-7 FG), His career high for points in a quarter is 22 (3rd, 2/27/10 at Minn.).
• Batum and Wesley Matthews combined to score Portland’s first nine field goals, shooting 9-of-11 from the field.
• Jamal Crawford ranks second in the NBA in free-throw percentage, his performance from the line tonight brought him up to 94.7% on the year. Crawford trails Orlando’s J.J. Redick at 95.9%.
• The Clippers, the NBA's 5th-highest scoring team, put up season lows for points in a half (32, was 36) and a quarter (12, was 16).
• The Clippers' 32 first half points are tied for the fewest allowed by the Trail Blazers in any half this year (1st half at Toronto, Jan. 20).
• The Trail Blazers held Western Conference All-Star Starter Chris Paul scoreless in the first three quarters, Paul has averaged 18.5 points-per-contest and shot 0-of-7 from the field in the first three quarters and only had one assist.
• Paul recorded his first points at the 9:15 mark of the fourth quarter and scored all 13 of his points in the game’s final period.
• Against two top 5 scoring teams (GS-4th, LAC-5th), the Trail Blazer allowed a total of 69 points in through four quarters (first half at GS, second half tonight).
• The Trail Blazers have lost four consecutive home games for the first time since 2006-07 (Dec. 29, 2006 – Jan. 7, 2007).
• The 71 points scored by Portland tonight were its lowest point total of the season.
